Fulfillment Policy

At GEDE LIMBO LLC, we are dedicated to providing exceptional spiritual services and products. Below is our Fulfillment Policy, outlining the procedures for order processing, cancellations, and refunds.

1. Order Processing and Fulfillment

• All orders for spiritual consultations, products, and services are processed within 1 to 3 business days from the time of purchase. Orders placed over the weekend or during holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel an order for a product or service within 24 hours of placing the order. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
• If you have scheduled a spiritual consultation or reading, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made after this period will not be refunded.
• Once an order has been processed or a consultation has been conducted, cancellations are not possible. However, you may request a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

3. Refund Policy

• We offer a 30-day return window for physical products, provided that the items are unused, unopened, and in their original condition. Products that are used or opened cannot be returned or refunded.
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after the return is processed.
• If you are not satisfied with a spiritual consultation or reading, please contact us within 7 days of your session. While we do not provide refunds for consultations, we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns and ensure you are satisfied with your experience.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Digital products, such as recorded readings or consultations, are non-refundable once delivered.
• Custom or personalized spiritual services are also non-refundable.
• Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

• Exchanges for physical products are only accepted if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us immediately with relevant details and photos of the damage.
